Vakantiedialyse

Dialyse Fryslân heeft twee locaties waar u tijdens uw vakantie kunt dialyseren: Leeuwarden en Heerenveen. Wilt u voor een vakantie in Friesland uw dialyseplek regelen? Stuur dan een mail naar gastdialyse@frisiusmc.nl met uw persoonlijke gegevens, e-mailadres, uw dialysecentrum en welke data u wilt dialyseren. Doe dit wel minimaal twee maanden van tevoren. Wij beoordelen dan uw aanvraag en afhankelijk van of wij een dialyseplaats voor u hebben, nemen wij contact met u op.

Holiday dialysis

Dialysis Fryslân has two locations where you can obtain dialysis during your holidays: Leeuwarden and Heerenveen. If you would like to reserve your dialysis place for your holidays in Friesland, please send an email to gastdialyse@frisiusmc.nl with your personal data, your e-mail address, your dialysis center and which dates you want to obtain dialysis. Please inform us at least two months in advance. We will then assess your application and depending on whether we have an opportunity for you to undergo dialysis treatment, we will contact you.
